Payment and Shipping

 

All orders are processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days. Once your package is shipped, expect domestic orders to arrive in 1-4 days, and international orders to arrive in 8-15.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking confirmation. Use this number to track your package.

We do International shipping, it is $30 for regular sized items and $40 for oversized packages. Items being shipped to Russia will incur a $45 shipping charge.

This Policy is part of the Terms & Conditions of Use that govern the Website and is binding on all Website users.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. All orders are processed through Paypal or over the phone.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Not in love with your purchase? We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on indigoalleyboutique.com for a credit onto a giftcard or exchange. Simply mail it back to us within 21 days of your order date and we will apply of the cost of your item(s) onto a Indigo Alley Boutique gift card. Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges after 7 days cannot be accepted. Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item (via any carrier) you return. 

Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s) and include the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online (or in store) and instructions on how to use it will be included. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail them back. If we receive the items used or not in the same condition as when you received them, you will be notified, the items will be returned to you, and you will not receive a refund.
